Platform 1.0 paired integration

2026-10-04: INTEGRATION_IN_PROGRESS on codex/platform-v1-integration, isolated from all eleven completed owner trees. Foundation is b71b468860233faa0a42b8448ec5777fa952b8e3, including known-good scanout release. Linux uses b5aea937a3b8e3e8ec398f8cb2e04656b8a53f8c.

The master, source inventory and C01–C30 plan govern semantic source selection and per-step tests. Branch-local device evidence stays bound to its exact binary/conditions; no integrated physical acceptance yet. No main merge, push, flash or owner-tree mutation. Broad software/ARM/package qualification and one source-bound RC follow coherent subsystem integration.

Compiled Reborn dd73dcc3243045cd33e319dda2f76918ed37ea31 / Linux 4c72466f2f27ddf9f0ca18ba8ddc4d89c52599d2. All selected subsystem source is composed.324workspace tests/fmt/strict Clippy, fresh ARM/QEMU/exact9.0.2/media/ELF/package checks PASS. One software-qualified owner-local image pair, physical/endurance NOT_RUN. Later documentation-only HEAD does not identify compiled binaries.
