Restore Original Software on your G5 with your computer

Step 1: Prepare Your Computer
Innioasis Updater CE runs natively on Windows, macOS, and Linux without requiring complex flashing harnesses:
- Launch Innioasis Updater CE on your desktop or laptop.
- Set Device Model to G5.
- Select Original Software in the software dropdown. Updater CE automatically downloads the official
rom_g5.ziprelease package directly. - Click Install / Restore to begin preparation.
Step 2: Connect the G5 at the Prompt
Never connect your player before the application prompts you:
- Ensure your Innioasis G5 is fully powered off.
- When Updater displays the USB connection prompt, plug your USB-C data cable into the computer and player.
- Do not touch the cable or power buttons while flashing is underway.
- Once the success confirmation appears, unplug the USB cable and power on your G5.
