Because it is built directly on JJ Launcher’s media engine, Inniclassic inherits a mature base while layering on the Classic details. The project’s releases document a long list of refinements aimed at one goal: making it feel like the real thing, only with FLAC.

Things to know first

• Currently Y1 only — there is no Y2 package
• Method 1 ships Y1 Software 3.1.2 with Inniclassic baked in; Method 2 installs an APK over an existing JJ Launcher setup (uninstall first)
• Gapless playback activates for playlists of 15 tracks or fewer with shuffle off and no FLAC in the queue
• Keep video files modest (640×480, 30fps, ~2 Mbps or less) for smooth playback
• Still a community project — restore Original Software if anything misbehaves
