Player manuals
The official manuals are scans: hard to search, awkward on a phone, and written like a legal document. These pages say the same things in plain English, model by model, with the reset and software pages always one tap away.
The small metal player with the click wheel that started the community.
The second-generation y series player, with a bigger screen and the same wheel.
A pocket-sized android player for local music, audiobooks and video.
The g series with a larger screen and the same local-first android software.
The newer, faster g series player with modern android partitions.
The voice recorder with dedicated record, playback and t-mark buttons.
The newer innioasis recorder with a colour screen and long recording sessions.
The timmkoo recorder built on the r1 plus hardware.
The compact timmkoo player with buttons, bluetooth and a microsd slot.
The larger timmkoo player with usb-c, a microsd slot and a 3.5 mm jack.
Same steps, any model.
A new player only needs three things: a little charge, a long press on power, and a minute in Settings.
Your player behaves like a USB drive with a screen. Copy files into the right folder and it finds them.
Bluetooth is for listening, not for transferring files. Pair once, and the player remembers the device.
FM radio uses the headphone cable as its antenna. Plug in a pair, scan once, then save the stations you like.
These players are designed to run for days, not hours. A few habits keep the battery healthy.
Internal storage fills up quickly with lossless music. A microSD card is the simplest upgrade.
A software update is not the same as a factory reset. One keeps your files; the other erases them.
A factory reset returns the software to its first-run state. It also erases the player's internal storage, so read this first.
A factory reset erases the player's internal storage. A software restore replaces the system. They solve different problems, so the reset guide starts by explaining which one you need. If the player will not turn on at all, go to the recovery guide instead.
These manuals are a community transcription of the official PDF manuals at
innioasis.com/pages/support-center and the support knowledgebase.
The manufacturer's PDF remains the authoritative document, and every model page
links to it. If you spot a difference, the PDF wins.
